Peanut Butter Brickle Drops
Compliments of my teacher friend Brenda! She is an amazing baker, and these cookies are to die for!
Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
1 ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup granulated sugar
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 package (8oz) Heath toffee bits
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F . Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar and baking soda until smooth and creamy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then peanut butter and vanilla.
Add flour
Stir in Heath toffee bits
Drop dough by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on parchment paper. They are sticky when warm.
