Gluten Free Banana Muffins
If you don't need Gluten Free, this recipe can also be made using All Purpose Flour.
Ingredients
½ cup (1 stick) softened butter
2 eggs
3 tsp. Milk
2 cups gluten free flour (or regular flour if you don’t need GF.)
1 cup sugar
3 medium mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp allspice or cinnamon
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Fill paper muffin cups until ⅔ full with batter. Bake at 375° for 15-18 minutes or until a medium golden brown. Cool and serve. Makes approx. 18.
