Tropical Chicken Wings
Our family would serve these as part of Christmas Eve smorgasbord….
But this yummy appetizer could be served any time! From Grandma Polly.
Ingredients
2 lbs. Chicken wings, (flats and drumettes)
Marinade
½ cup frozen orange juice concentrate
2 Tbsp sugar
Squirt of sriracha or other hot sauce (to your taste)
¼ c. soy sauce
½ tsp dry ginger or 1-2 tsp fresh minced
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 clove minced garlic
Chopped scallions and sesame seeds for serving
Directions
Marinate wings for 1 hour or more.
Place on foil lined baking sheet.
Bake at 325° for one hour, turning and basting until browned.
Sprinkle with chopped scallions and sesame seeds for serving.
