Jalapeño Poppers
Sassy little appetizer to make and share. Very easy!
Ingredients
7 jalapeño peppers, halved and seeded
1 pkg bacon
1 brick of cream cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Line a baking sheet with foil to collect grease.
Stuff each pepper half with cream cheese.
Wrap each pepper with a slice of bacon.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until bacon is cooked and crispy to your liking.
Optional: serve with a dip of choice, like Homemade Ranch Dressing.
Tips
Jalapeno peppers range in heat, depending on where you get them. Older (store-bought, wax covered) peppers with a lower turn over will often be less spicy. Fresh jalapenos will have more of a kick.
